The witches don’t rule Salem. The shifters do. JT Corwin has it all: the name, the wealth, the privilege of being one of the most eligible bachelors in New England. He has everything except what he craves most…love. Between his missing father, abrasive mother, and a slew of meaningless relationships, JT is tired of being an empty shell. So when he meets a stranger who seems to know exactly what he needs, JT has a hard time getting her out of his mind, despite the trouble she promises to bring. Estes MacAnndra knew this might be the last year she could run her scam. Her partner in crime has plans for expansion while Estes just wants to move on to an honest and simple life. Running around from state to state, avoiding the law, and hiding her truth has taken its toll. Salem was just one stop, a place to tap into the history and give the people what they craved during the haunted season. But this Salem has a certain handsome shifter who is drowning in loneliness and yearning for peace. A man who has given her something no one else could…hope. Estes has a dangerous secret. JT is in charge of a dangerous town with a dark history of prosecuting those who are different. JT suddenly finds himself on the wrong side of the law with no one to turn to. Estes may use her ancestry to make a living, but now she needs to tap into a power she’s always had to hide, in order to help JT. It may expose her to those of her kind who want to remain unknown, but for the first time in her life she can do something good with her talents. However, in Salem, no good deed goes unpunished. And when JT loses control of his town, he discovers he may not be able to save himself and the woman who has claimed his broken heart.

Heroines of Avalon & Other Tales by Ayn Cates Sullivan transports readers into the time of legend and revisits deities and legendary female characters linked to Welsh and British mythology. In this book, the author shares her insights and her journey to discovering her past, a journey that compelled her to research the extraordinary characters in her book. Her research into the myth of the Holy Grail creates beautiful mythical encounters, bringing to life untold stories of characters like the Goddess Arianrhod, Blodeuweddi, Iouga, Elen, also known as Elen of the Ways, and the Goddess of Sovereignty, Elaine and Dindraine in the Arthurian female Grail Knights. The stories begin with an informative commentary that shares the author s personal journey and offers elements of myth and the culture around which these characters evolved. The reader will understand the feminine visage of God and the role of some of the heroic women in the lives and history of legendary heroes like Arthur. The literary allusions are manifold in this narrative, and they feature the Lady of the Lake, Morte D Arthur, and the Arthurian Round Table. One understands the role of women in British mythology and that brave kings were nothing without them: A king must connect to the spirit of the land through a woman. Heroines of Avalon & Other Tales is a gripping narrative, a collection of powerful mythical women that will keep the reader spellbound. Ayn Cates Sullivan combines her storytelling craft with research to provide readers with great entertainment. Each story includes symbolism, a spirituality developed around the deity, and poems evoking a spiritual atmosphere linked to the character. It is well-illustrated and loaded with symbolism.

Dr. Peter Andresen is a broken man. Once a highly respected psychiatrist, he lives alone, suffering from posttraumatic stress disorder that he steadfastly denies. Unable to practice medicine, he survives on modest VA benefits. Ten years earlier, his wife died in a freak bicycle accident. Soon thereafter, he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. He has managed his Parkinson's for nine years without taking medication. As the story begins, Peter walks alone on a deserted beach. He doesn't know where he is or what he's doing until he encounters a beautiful young woman named Holly Be. She knows his story and it is her assigned mission to restore meaning to his life. But she fails to maintain the emotional distance required to prevent them from falling in love. Holly lives in the realm of imaginary reality; a part of the Infinite Mind in which material realities are optional. What becomes real is whatever Peter and Holly can imagine. Their experiences range from existentially profound encounters to lighthearted play. Peter believes his mission is to understand the BodyMind and how managing it can arrest Parkinson's disease. His PTSD is a different story. It is buried so deeply; he lives as if the trauma never took place. Terrifying memories must become conscious and re-experienced in florid detail if he will ever be free. By the end of his stay, his brain's disorders are resolved; but his safe return is not guaranteed-he may die or become psychotic during reentry. Even if he returns safely, he will continue to be alone if Holly cannot come with him.
