This is a true story as it happened at Grandpas graveside. It shows how JT learned to cope with his Grandpa's death and that there is Hope in Jesus, that we can see our loved ones again, just like JT. Oh No, Dónde Se Fue El? Ha ayudado a los niños a comprender la seguridad y la ALEGRÍA que se obtiene al seguir a Jesus. Kay ahora reside en Roseville, Ca y es autora de otros libros: Journey to Joy and Finding Joy in the Midst of Grief.

OUR FAIRY KINGDOM – ENGLAND 1885Book 1 of 6 April AwakeningsThis story is summarized as follows:In 1885, siblings Mabel and Leopold Pembroke, aged 13 and 11, secretly explore the forbidden ancient woodland near their Surrey estate, Pembroke Manor. Mabel, scientifically minded, documents nature, while Leopold, a dreamer, sketches its beauty. One day, they discover a glowing fairy ring. Ignoring Mabel’s warnings, Leopold steps inside—and vanishes. Panicked, Mabel follows and is transported to Sylvandale, the Fairy Kingdom. Guided by the mischievous Puck, they meet Queen Titania and King Oberon, who reveal they were chosen to bridge the human and fairy worlds. Through lessons with fairy craftsmen and healers, they learn humility, respect for nature, and the value of all beings. When they return home, time has barely passed, but they’re profoundly changed. They begin challenging their family’s rigid Victorian norms, sharing Sylvandale’s wisdom subtly. Though doubted by siblings, they inspire the younger ones and plan to keep the magic alive, hoping to someday reconnect with the fairies. This is the first of six audiobooks in the series and I do hope you enjoy it only $3.The initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 3 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, male vocals, instruments are Harp,Flute,French Horn,Oboe,Organ, Genre is Operatic Orchestral and of course Classical and the mood is Passionate yet Serene. The closing music ends the tale on a gentle note and at just over 2 minutes, no vocals but the same musical instruments and genre but a more serene mood. The story itself runs to about 1 hour and is narrated by Claire Francis, my wife. I do hope you and your family are entertained by this audiobook and let me know what you think.Christopher Allen - At your service

YOUNG BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE PORT OF BRISTOL 1690Book 6 of 6 – The Great water balloon ambushHere is the summary of the Story:In 1690s Bristol, young Edward Teach (future Blackbeard) leads his crew in their most daring raid yet—ambushing their own parents' picnic with water balloons. After days of restless boredom aboard The Salty Pickle, Edward masterminds the attack: modified spud cannons launch pig-bladder balloons, Charles leads a bucket brigade, and Anne's piercing scream signals the assault. The crew infiltrates the meadow with military precision, soaking the unsuspecting adults in a glorious, chaotic battle. Though initially stunned, the parents join the fun, surrendering their soggy sandwiches with laughter. This final adventure showcases Edward's tactical genius and flair for dramatic command—qualities that would later make him history's most feared pirate. The story blends authentic period details with childhood whimsy, concluding the series by demonstrating how Blackbeard's legendary leadership began with simple backyard adventures and loyal friends who followed him into any mischief. This is the last of six audiobooks in the series and I do hope you enjoy this final instalment, and it's only $3.the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes being accordion, fiddle, harmonica and bango in a classical sea shanty jig. The closing music ends the tale on a similar jig and at about 2 minutes with the same musical instruments but more upbeat looking forward to the next episode. The story itself runs to about 35 minutes is narrated in my own voice. I do hope you enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!Christopher Allen - At your service

Mars the WarningBook 6 of 6 – the reckoningThis final story in the series I have written is summarized below;Six months after humanity's retreat from Mars, crystalline ships materialize around Earth in silent siege. Dr. Lin Mei deciphers their ultimatum: Depart the solar system or face annihilation—not as vengeance, but as cosmic stewardship. While General Drake advocates futile resistance, Lin orchestrates the Exodus, a desperate evacuation of 50 million aboard prototype starships. Billions are left behind as Earth's systems collapse under Martian-induced blackouts. The Martians dismantle orbital defenses with terrifying precision, proving resistance impossible. Lin's final message—"We understand. We will not return"—echoes into the void as humanity flees. Decades later, on distant Kepler-186f, Lin watches the first post-exodus generation play, humbled but hopeful. The Martians, having preserved Earth as a warning, vanish into cosmic silence. Humanity's reckoning ends not with extinction, but with exile—a second chance to evolve beyond conquest, under alien suns. I do hope you enjoy this sixth instalment, and its only $3.the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 plus minutes sets the scene, so to speak, this is heavy metal first but give it a chance and you will be surprised (I felt the martian beings would be extremely angry over humans trying to steal their planet hence the sound) ends with a warning sound music track like an alarm, 1 minutes plus. The book itself runs to about 35 minutes and is narrated in my own voice. I do hope you enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!Christopher Allen - At your service

THE GIRL BROWNIES – ASHDOWN FOREST, ENGLAND 1919Book 6 of 6 The Legend of the Forest Guardian The summary of this final book in the series is as follows:As autumn settles over Ashdown Forest, the Girl Brownies encounter strange phenomena—mysterious footprints, disappearing items, and eerie whistling—that locals attribute to the legendary Forest Guardian. Their investigation (complete with flour traps and night watches) culminates in a dramatic reveal: their mentor Mr. Hawthorne has been perpetuating the myth to protect the woods, using clever tricks like oversized footprints and wartime whistling techniques. The girls' final adventure teaches them that true guardianship isn't supernatural—it's the quiet dedication of those who love the forest. As winter approaches, they realize they've become Ashdown's next generation of protectors, carrying forward the spirit of the legend through their own conservation work. The initial opening credit music, “Joyful Journey”, which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, recorder, tambourine, guitar and accordion in a folk/classical and cheerful mood. The closing music, “Bloom”, ends the tale on with more of the same at about 2 minutes and the same musical instruments etc. but more of an ending feel. The story and music itself runs to just about 35 minutes and is narrated in my wife's voice, Claire, who actually was a ranger guide! I do hope you enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to comeChristopher Allen - At your service

Meet Tricky—the most mischievous (and utterly unkillable!) monkey you’ll ever encounter.Rescued from a rough start by a kind missionary, this little troublemaker swings from one chaotic escapade to the next, leaving a trail of baffled humans in his wake. Whether escaping hangings, outsmarting sailors, or surviving gunfire (with nothing but a singed tail to show for it!), Tricky’s luck is as uncanny as his antics are outrageous. But when he lands in the care of a shepherd’s family, his mischief takes an unexpected turn. After saving them from a deadly fire, the once-pesky primate proves that even the cheekiest creatures can become heroes.A classic, high-spirited adventure—perfect for family listening, road trips, or sneaky laughs after lights-out. Charles Featherstone’s lively narration brings each escapade to life as Tricky outwits angry sailors, dodges impossible scrapes, and, against all odds, emerges as an unlikely champion of chaos and charm.Long before Curious George swung into mischief, before Ferdinand the Bull refused to fight, and before The One and Only Ivan showed the power of kindness, The Monkey That Would Not Kill introduced readers to literature’s original antihero monkey—a hilarious rebel who defies the jungle’s violent rules. Rediscover Henry Drummond’s forgotten 1901 classic—a witty, surprisingly modern fable. With themes of nonviolence, empathy, and gentle rebellion, this timeless tale follows the chaos that erupts when one small monkey dares to be different—refusing to bite, steal, or act "like a proper monkey" should. Kids will giggle at Tricky’s uproarious antics, while parents will appreciate the enduring message about individuality and compassion—one that feels as fresh today as it did over a century ago.A mischievous masterpiece, reborn for a new generation.
