• Combines consideration of the philosophical grounding and the real-world application of animal rights • Written from an unambiguously pro-animal rights stance, but one which invites the reader to imagine what a world in which animals enjoyed rights would be like rather than preaching • Covers longstanding issues (such as vivisection and factory farming) but also up-to-date debates (such as political representation of non-humans, wild animal suffering) that have gained prominence in the years since competing volumes were written • As well as examining the nature of animal rights, also examines their limitations, asking: are there other, complementary ways to reconfigure our relations with non-human animals (such as virtue-based ethics)? How should we treat animals? The long-held belief that other animals exist solely for human use has undergone radical challenge in the past half century. How much further do we need to go to minimize, and even eliminate, animal suffering? The field of animal rights raises big questions about how humans treat the other animals with which we share the planet. These questions are becoming more pressing as livestock farming exerts an ever-greater toll on the planet and the animals themselves, and we learn more about their capacity to think and experience pain. This book shows why animals ought to have greater rights and what the world might look like if they did.1. Introduction 2. A Brief Intellectual History of Animal Rights 3. Rights, Interests and Choices 4. Case Studies: Animals in the Farm, Home, Zoo and Lab 5. Emerging issues: From Mollusc Rights to Animal Citizens 6. Engaging the Imagination: Turning Prejudice into Compassion 7. Conclusion: Beyond Animal Rights?

This book is a primer for anyone who wishes to understand the basic workings of the global network of Insiders that is determined to wield power over all of mankind in the coming New World Order. The story you are about to read is true. The names have not been changed to protect the guilty. This book may have the effect of changing your life. After reading this book, you will never look at national and world events in the same way again. None Dare Call It Conspiracy will be a very controversial book. At first it will receive little publicity and those whose plans are exposed in it will try to kill it by the silent treatment. For reasons that become obvious as you read this book, it will not be reviewed in all the "proper" places or be available on your local book stand. However, there is nothing these people can do to stop a grass roots book distributing system. Eventually it will be necessary for the people and organizations named in this book to try to blunt its effect by attacking it or the author. They have a tremendous vested interest in keeping you from discovering what they are doing. And they have the big guns of the mass media at their disposal to fire the barrages at None Dare Call It Conspiracy. By sheer volume, the "experts" will try to ridicule you out of investigating for yourself as to whether or not the information in this book is true They will ignore the fact that the author about to conjecture. They will find a typographical error or ague some point that is open to debate. If necessary they will lie in order to protect themselves by smearing this book. I believe those who pooh-pooh the information herein because psychologically many people would prefer to believe we are because we all like to ignore bad news. We do so at our own peril.

The condition of African Americans today is quite alarming and disturbing. African Americans have an enormous amount of contributions from their ancestors to advance in positive and productive directions. However, black Americans' advancement in technology, science, music, arts, and business is overshadowed by black-on-black crime and poor family values. What is the reason why so many black people have lost respect, hope, and pride in the very achievements that enable them to enrich their children's future? Where is the love and pride that can elevate blacks to support black businesses, housing. and human life? What the Hell Is Wrong with You Black People? is asking a question of the murderers and deviants of black communities, to dysfunctional families and hopeless youth who feel they have no contributions to their race. The world will always have a microscope on blacks in America, because for centuries blacks have inspired other minorities and victims of discrimination to believe that they, too, can overcome. Today, African Americans are more concerned about surviving the violence in their neighborhoods than creating businesses, enriching children's minds with love, or fighting for better schools. African Americans are too preoccupied with crime and poor economic conditions to save their children from hopelessness and low self-esteem. The future of today's youth depends on how well we encourage their dreams of success, and if the only dream they have is surviving gun violence, where does that leave African Americans' future? How many deaths will it take for African Americans to understand their plight?
